Market Math — for 3rd and 5th Graders

Market Math is a fun-filled, hands-on, math-focused evening featuring activity stations for you and your child to explore. Come try your hand at "M&M Math" or "Grocery Scanning." All activities are based on the Acton Public School's mathematics curriculum. Every year Acton PIP and Roche Bros. of Acton present two Market Math Mania events at Roche Bros. Supermarket—one for 3rd grade students, the other for 5th grade students.

Both events feature an extravaganza of hands on "super" market activities, complimented by samples, give-a-ways, and tons of fun. Market Math Mania helps children better understand how classroom math concepts apply to the "real world." During the events, children and accompanying adults visit stations set up throughout Roche Bros. Come try your hand at M&M Math or Grocery Scanning.
